Return Policy

Items may only be returned within 14 days of purchase. Items returned must be in the same condition as sold, including original packaging. No returns or exchanges will be accepted if the item has been abused, installed, damaged, modified, cut, welded, or any other alteration to the product, whether intentional or accidental. Returned items must include all accessories and packaged items. Buyer is responsible for any shipping charges incurred. Shipping and/or handling charges are not refundable. All items returned are subject to a 25% restocking fee, regardless of condition. Clearance, used, and group buy items are not returnable. International orders may not be returned under any circumstances.

In order to get a return, you MUST get a Return Merchandise Authorization, or RMA. If you return a product without an RMA, you will not receive a refund or exchange.

No returns on the following under any circumstances:

• Any part that has been installed or attempted to be installed
• Wear and tear parts
• Products that have been abused or altered in any way, whether intentional or accidental
• Any and all international orders
• Items that are special ordered
• Clearance items
• Used items sold on the store
• Items purchased through group buys or similar deals

Shipping Policy

Purchases will be shipped only when payment has been received and has cleared. Shipping costs are based on a “per item” or “per pound” basis. Shipping costs are not refundable under any circumstances.

All high-value packages are shipped with signature required, someone must be present at the delivery location for it to be delivered.If you wish to have a package delivered without a signature, then you agree to take on full responsibility of ensuring that the package is received and remove ALL liability from Go Fast Industries. In the event that a package is stolen, lost, or otherwise, Go Fast Industries is not liable or accountable for the package under any circumstance. If the signature requirement is inconvenient for you, you may contact us and arrange for a package to be shipped to a nearby UPS Store, FedEx Store, or USPS Post Office for pickup.

Free shipping is available for the 48 Continental United States only. Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories may not qualify under certain circumstances. If you use a free shipping offer, you may be contacted by us to request additional funds to complete your transaction. This is due to the extreme cost of shipping to these remote areas. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We will do everything we can to avoid requesting additional funds, however with some products it is unavailable.

Packages are shipped using our choice of carrier. Requests may be made for certain carriers, but availability is not always guaranteed. Carriers may be changed at any time.

Prices listed do not include VAT, duty, import taxes, or any sales tax at all. It is your responsibility to ensure that all applicable taxes are paid as required by law.

Delivery time is not guaranteed, regardless of speed selected. Delays in shipping may be caused by mis-routed packages, natural phenomenon, or other factors. It is the responsibility of the shipping company to ensure timely delivery, and once it has been dropped off with the carrier it is out of our control.

If a shipment is refused for any reason (refused by customer, invalid address, etc), you will be billed for return shipment fees as well as cost to resend the shipment. This includes shipments where the carrier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts. Free shipping offers are only valid on the first shipment, and you may be contacted to cover the shipping fee to resend the package.

Payment Policy

We accept payment via PayPal and major credit cards. Purchases will be shipped when possible as soon as payment clears. Sales in Florida and any other applicable states will be assessed state sales tax.

Cancellations

Orders that have shipped may not be canceled, no exceptions. If you wish to cancel your order, please do so as quickly as possible. Again, once an order has shipped, it cannot and will not be cancelled under any circumstances.

Orders that have not shipped or are on backorder may be canceled up to 30 days after the order date with no additional fees. After 30 days, cancellations are subject to administrative processing fees of up to 25% of your total order. This is to cover credit card processing and other costs.

International orders may not be canceled under ANY circumstances.

Go Fast Industries reserves the right to cancel any order, at any time, for any reason. If your order is cancelled, a refund will be issued immediately.

Certain brands feature specialty items that may be hand-made or made-to-order. Due to the business requirements of these brands, we are not able to provide cancellations for these orders once they have been placed.

Wholesale Terms & Conditions

Orders must be placed through www.JacksonPerformance.net. Under no circumstances may you allow any person other than those authorized to use this account. Orders placed using your account remain your responsibility.

The above shipping and return policies apply to all wholesale sales.

All drop shipment addresses must be submitted as an order on our website. All drop shipments must be prepaid, and you are responsible for any fees, including reshipment, due to customer refusal or address error.

Disclaimers

JacksonPerformance.net shall not be held liable for any damage cause to your vehicle due to misuse, improper installation, modification, competition use, or any other use not intended for the product(s). All products sold on JacksonPerformance.net may not be road legal or are intended for competition or off-road use only, please check with your local laws to ensure that your vehicle and the modifications you intend to make to your vehicle are legally allowed. JacksonPerformance.net shall not be held liable for tickets, traffic infractions, accidents, collisions, moving violations, non-moving violations, citations, or any fines incurred or laws broken due to your use of the product(s). Go Fast Industries shall not be held liable for any injury or death cause by either proper or improper installation or usage of purchased products.

How long we retain your data
